Are Fragile Items Shipped Safely?

Our team has decades of combined experience in shipping, so it's extremely unlikely for customers to receive damaged items. We use secure packaging methods for fragile items to reduce the risk of damage during transit. If you receive a damaged product, please see our Shipping & Returns page.

Do you offer wholesale?

Yes, we offer both discounted pricing for Members as well as Wholesale packages for businesses and resellers.

How can I hear about new deals?

By creating a free account, you will be added to our e-mail list so you can receive the latest deals to your inbox. Alternatively, you can become a SlabCave member to access exclusive deals and perks that are not available to the public.

Do you ship to every country?

Yes, we ship to every country in the world, unless restrictions or local laws prohibit it.

Does SlabCave offer public grading submissions?

As of June 1, 2023, we do not offer public grading submissions, but we are looking at opening up submission grading soon.

Do you have an affiliate program?

We are currently working on developing our new affiliate program and expect to launch it in the near future. In the meantime, you can e-mail us at support@slabcave.com and we can create an affiliate code for you. You can see the latest updates on the Affiliates page.

Are gift cards usable on any product?

Yes, all gift card purchases can be used towards any product or service on our website.

How can I differentiate Non-Holo vs Holo cards from the labels?

If a label shows as ''Rare Holo'', then the card is holographic, but if the labels shows as just ''Rare'', then it is a Rare Non-Holo.
