Shipping Costs

We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $50.00 within the United States. For international orders, we charge a flat rate shipping fee of $14.99 and offer free international shipping on all orders over $150.00, regardless of the size or weight of your order. We are continually exploring additional shipping options, including expedited and next-day delivery services, to better serve your needs.

Shipping Policy

We strive to process and ship all orders within 2 business days of receiving them. For pre-order products, we will ship on or before the official release date. All orders are shipped with a tracking number, which will be added to your order details on your dashboard. Shipping times may vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected.

Please note that while we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, we are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier or unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions or natural disasters. If you experience a significant delay, please contact us, and we will assist you in tracking your order.

International Shipping Policy

We process and ship all international orders within 2 business days of receiving them, unless a pre-order product has been purchased. All international orders are shipped with a tracking number, which will be available on your dashboard.

International shipping times may vary depending on the destination country and customs procedures. Please be aware that international shipments may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by your country's customs department upon arrival. These additional charges are the responsibility of the recipient. We recommend contacting your local customs office for more information on potential charges.

We cannot be held responsible for delays due to customs clearance or for any customs restrictions, tariffs, or other regulations that may apply in countries outside the United States. If an order is refused or returned to us due to customs issues, the customer is responsible for any shipping charges, duties, or fees incurred.

Returns and Refunds Policy

Your satisfaction is our priority, and we offer a hassle-free return and refund policy. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a full refund within 7 days of receiving the item.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. We reserve the right to reject any returns that show signs of use, wear and tear, or damage not present at the time of delivery.

Please note that we do not accept returns or refunds on any graded Pokémon cards that have been removed from their original protective cases, tampered with, personalized, or signed by a third party. Any graded card that has been opened or altered in any way will be considered tampered with and is not eligible for return or refund.

You will be responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival. Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 3 business days.

If your item is defective or damaged, please contact us within 3 days of receiving it. We may request photos and a description of the issue to assist in resolving the matter promptly. In such cases, we will arrange for a replacement or provide a full refund, including any return shipping costs.

Different Address Policy

For orders requested to be shipped to an address different from the billing address, we typically dispatch within 2 business days. However, if our system detects potential fraud and flags the transaction, we may require additional verification to protect both our customers and our business.

If you need shipping to a country other than the billing address country, we will require identification and verification of the customer placing the order. This may include a copy of a government-issued ID and proof of address. All personal information provided will be handled securely and in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

We reserve the right to cancel any order suspected of fraudulent activity. Our fraud prevention team will forward all relevant information obtained from fraudulent transactions to the appropriate authorities.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be provided and added to your order details on your dashboard. You can use this tracking number to monitor the delivery status of your package. If you have any questions or concerns about your shipment, please do not hesitate to contact us for assistance.

Lost or Damaged Packages

In the rare event that your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately. For lost packages, we will work with the shipping carrier to locate your shipment or file a claim if necessary. For damaged items, please provide photos of the damage and packaging so we can assess the situation and arrange for a replacement or refund.
