Shipping Costs:

Shipping in the US is free. Shipping outside the US is a flate rate $25 no matter how large your order is. We are looking at opening up additional shipping options for expiedited and next day delivery.

Shipping Policy:

We strive to process and ship all orders within 2 business days of receiving them unless a pre-order product has been purchased, at which point it will be shipped on or before release date. All orders are shipped with a tracking number which will be added to your order on your dashboard. Shipping times may vary depending on your location and shipping method. We offer free shipping on all orders within the United States and a flat rate shipping fee on all international orders. Please note that we are not responsible for any delays or issues that may arise due to the shipping carrier.

International Shipping Policy:

We strive to process and ship all international orders within 2 business days of receiving them unless a pre-order product has been purchased, at which point it will be shipped on or before release date. All orders are shipped with a tracking number which will be added to your order on your dashboard. Shipping times may vary depending on your location and shipping method. We offer flat rate shipping on all international orders unless you meet the minimum order requirement for free international shipping. Please note that we are not responsible for any delays or issues that may arise due to the shipping carrier. We cannot be held responsible for any custom or import tax. It is the buyer's responsibility to check local laws.

Returns and Refunds Policy:

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, and we offer a hassle-free return and refund policy. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a full refund within 7 days of receiving it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, and must be in the original packaging. Please note that we reserve the right to reject any returns that show signs of use, wear and tear, or damage that was not present at the time of delivery. We also do not accept returns on any graded Pokemon cards that have been removed from their original protective cases or tampered with in any way. Any graded Pokemon card that has been opened or removed from its original protective case will be considered tampered with and will not be eligible for return or refund.

Please note that you will be responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the item is defective or damaged. Once we receive your return, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will then process your refund, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 14 business days.

If your item is defective or damaged, please contact us within 3 days of receiving it, and we will arrange for a replacement or a refund. We may require a photo of the item and a description of the issue, and we will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Please note that we do not accept returns or refunds on any graded Pokemon cards that have been removed from their original protective cases or tampered with in any way. We also do not accept returns or refunds on any graded Pokemon cards that have been personalized or signed by a third party.

Different Address Policy:

Orders that are requested to be shipped to an address other than the billing address will typically be dispatched within 2 business days unless our system detects fraud and flags the transaction, at which point we may need to verify the customer placing the order to prevent fraud. If you require shipping to another country other than that of the billing address, we will require identification of the customer placing the order. If fraud is suspected, we reserve the right to cancel the order completely and our fraud team will pass all information obtained from fraudulent transactions to the relevant authorities.
